PitStop Propane and Fuels’s beginnings go back to 1986, when the Lampron family founded Lampron Energy, in West Gorham.

Over the years, Lampron Energy has evolved, becoming a full-service heating oil, kerosene and propane retailer and equipment-service vendor.

During that time, the Lamprons also launched PitStop Fuels, in Standish, with the goal of providing economical heating oil and propane to homes and businesses in southern Maine — and doing it quickly and well. In 2018, Lampron Energy and PitStop Fuels came together. Both operate out of our home office, in Gorham.
